THIS CLASS HAS A MINIMUM ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT. IF THE MINIMUM ENROLLMENT IS NOT MET, THIS CLASS IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION; SHOULD THAT HAPPEN, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF YOUR TUITION.
Students enrolled in a 5-Week Class are expected to attend all five class sessions in order to receive credit.
Every effort is put forth to maintain proposed class schedules, however there may be certain rare situations in which unforeseen circumstances require us to change the meeting date of a class. Should that happen you will be notified immediately via email and/or phone. Please make sure we have your up-to-date contact information.
Payment Plans. For those registered using the Payment Plan option, the final balance will be Automatically Deducted during WEEK-3 of the course.
5 Week Course Refund Policy
- Requests should be made in writing by sending an email to email@example.com.
- Requests for refunds made prior to the 1st day of class will be issued in full.
- All other requests for refunds must be made prior to the beginning of the 2nd day of class.
- The requester will be refunded 75% of the total cost of the class.
- There is a $25.00 administrative fee for the refund of all 4-5 week classes.
