CLASS REFUND POLICY
 
This refund policy applies to all UTSLA classes beginning FALL 2006:
 
*Tuition for all classes includes a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $75, even if the student drops before the start of a class.
 
Up until week #3 in all 10 week classes if the student must withdraw from the class for any reason he/she will be refunded any amounts paid for classes not attended minus the $75 non-refundable registration fee as follows.
 
** Note: Payment Plan, Day Of Class, and Materials Fees are non-refundable. Refunds are based on the Early Bird Class Fee only. Also if you are on a payment plan and you drop a class, your payment of $25 for the payment plan fee, your $25 materials fee and your $75 registration will NOT be refunded.

For all ten week classes ONLY, classes may be dropped up until the 3rd week of class. After the 3rd week of class, no  refund will be given. Up until the 3rd week the student will be refunded for classes not taken, minus the non-refundable registration fee and payment plan fees, if applicable.
